As we prepare to once again gather joyfully together at our parishes and greet familiar faces, I am hopeful that we will see some new faces too. Many anticipate this time of the pandemic will give rise to a resurgence in the Church, bringing back not only marginal Catholics but those who have been away from the Church for a long time. Let us prepare to welcome them back as a reminder of our call to evangelization.

The halls of Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy, affectionately nicknamed JPII, have sat without the thrum of student activity for nearly two months, now. While the staff is used to silent summers, there's just something about a still school in May that is just...sad.
